Cargo insurance
All-risk marine and air cover arranged at competitive premiums, with claim support if it is ever needed.
Ocean remains the backbone of Indian trade, and space is only cheap until you need it urgently. We hold contracted weekly allocations with leading carriers on the lanes our clients ship most, so your bookings survive blank sailings and peak season squeezes.
For smaller volumes, our LCL consolidations move on fixed weekly schedules with published cut-offs, so you know the sailing before you commit the cargo. Every booking includes documentation review, stuffing coordination and carrier follow-up until the bill of lading is released.
Request an ocean rateWhen a production line is waiting or a buyer's window is closing, air freight is not a luxury. Our booking desk works with carrier space allocations across major Indian gateways to secure uplift at short notice, including the awkward consignments: oversized, high-value, temperature-controlled or dangerous goods.
We quote realistic transit times rather than optimistic ones, confirm uplift against the actual flight, and notify you at every leg. For recurring volumes we build a standing air programme with pre-agreed rates and service levels.
Check air uplift availabilityOur customs work is performed by our own licensed team, not sub-contracted to a third party and marked up. That means the person filing your bill of entry is the person you can call when customs raises a query.
We check classification, valuation and documentation before filing, because correcting an entry after assessment is expensive. Where duty benefit schemes apply, we make sure you actually claim them rather than discovering the opportunity a year later.
Ask a customs questionThe first and last hundred kilometres decide whether an international shipment makes its cut-off. We operate through a vetted pan-India carrier network with agreed rates, GPS visibility and drivers who know port procedure.
From a single pallet on a part load to a convoy of ODC trailers for project cargo, movements are planned against the vessel or flight cut-off, not merely dispatched and hoped for.
Plan an inland movementStorage is only useful when it is connected to the rest of the chain. Our warehousing sits inside the same booking system as your freight, so stock arriving from a supplier can be consolidated, re-labelled and re-exported without a second forwarder in the loop.
Bonded space lets you defer duty until goods are actually released, which is particularly valuable for staged customer deliveries and slow-moving inventory.
Discuss storage needsSmall parcels attract disproportionate cost and paperwork when handled casually. We compare carrier tariffs on each booking, apply the correct export route for the value and commodity, and handle the declarations so shipments are not held for documentation at destination.
Ideal for samples ahead of an order, urgent spares for a machine down, or regular e-commerce fulfilment to overseas customers.
Send a parcel abroadCapital equipment does not fit in a container or a standard process. Project movements are planned backwards from the site: access constraints, crane availability, permit lead times and commissioning dates all shape the routing before a rate is even discussed.
We produce a written movement plan covering lashing, marine insurance, transit permits and delivery sequencing, and we assign a single project coordinator who stays with the consignment from factory gate to foundation.

One email with the commodity, weight, dimensions and destination is enough for us to come back with a routing and a price.
